Job Details

Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) is hiring for an Analyst role in the Real Estate Acquisition Team. The private real estate investment management arm of Morgan Stanley is one of the largest private real estate investment platforms in the world.

Responsibilities / Job Description

・Financial modelling, valuation, and analysis for investment targets (single asset, multi asset portfolio and corporate related opportunities)
・Creation of investment committee memo and other internal materials (with support from senior members)
・Market research and other fundamental analysis
・Support on marketing / sourcing coverage and material preparation
・Deal execution including negotiation and documentation
・Support on asset management activities and internal quarterly valuation for investment under management

Qualifications

・Students graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree between September 2023～August 2024
・All majors are encouraged to apply
・Fluency in both Japanese and English is required
・Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
・Experience in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
