2024年12月から2026年9月の間に卒業予定で、資産運用業界でのキャリアに興味がある学生の皆さま、Point72 アカデミー インサイトプログラムにぜひご応募ください。本プログラムは2024年9月中に一週間開催されるインターンシップで、グローバル資産運用会社 Point72でアナリストとしてキャリアを開始するためのスタートラインです。
Point72 アカデミーのインサイトプログラムは、常に進化する資産運用業界で活躍するために必要な基盤を作り上げ、金融のプロフェッショナルになるための支援をします。金融の基礎からリサーチ、市場の公開情報に至るまで、幅広い知識を身につける絶好の機会です。
経験豊富なプロフェッショナルからのレクチャーや、実際の運用チームと連携するケーススタディ、そして専任メンターとの個別指導を通じて、リサーチアナリストとしての役割について深く学べる場をご提供します。応募資格は、日本の大学または大学院に在籍する学生で、日本語と英語の両方に堪能な方です。
Are you a student interested in a career in investing, and graduating in 2026? If so, we invite you to apply to our 2024 Point72 Academy Insight Program hosted in mid-August 2024. This is a one-week internship and your first step in joining the next generation of Point72 investors.
The Point72 Academy is an investment analyst training program that will equip you to define your career path in an ever-changing industry, and the Insight Program will help you begin your journey. We teach you the fundamentals of finance, research, and insights into the public markets.
You will learn what it’s like to be a research analyst through classroom instruction led by former investment professionals, portfolio casework that will support a real investment team, and time with your dedicated mentor.
To be eligible, you must be enrolled in university or graduate school in Japan and have a high proficiency in Japanese and English.

キャリア形成の機会
インサイトプログラムで優秀な成績を収めた参加者は、ニューヨークで10ヶ月のフルタイムアソシエイトプログラムに参加する機会を得られ、成功すれば東京でのキャリアを始めることができます。
Successful participants will have the opportunity to earn themselves a spot in our full-time, 10-month Academy Associate Program in New York City before coming back to Tokyo to start your career with us.
プログラムを通して得られる経験について
あなたは、リサーチアナリストに必要な基本的な知識とスキルについて、レクチャー形式の指導を通じて学びます。あなたは、他の参加者並びにアカデミーの教員、Point72の専門家と一緒に働きながら、これまでにないような投資の考え方を学びます。
You will learn through formal classroom instruction on basic knowledge and skills you need to become a research analyst. You’ll work in small groups with your peers, Academy faculty, and other Point72 professionals as you learn to think about investing as you never have before.
