説明

In this role, you will learn how the world’s best payment experiences are built — studying global best practices in eCommerce UX and Apple Pay integration — and bring those insights to the Japanese market. You will help excite and engage Japanese merchants and partners by crafting compelling mockups and conducting research that shows them what’s possible with Apple Pay. You will also have the opportunity to join merchant visits and participate in proposals alongside the team, gaining firsthand experience in business development.

We’re looking for someone with genuine intellectual curiosity, a passion for UI/UX, and the ability to understand the unique dynamics of the Japanese merchant landscape.

責務

・Study global best practices in Apple Pay eCommerce integration and payment UX, and apply those insights to the Japanese market.
・Study evolving consumer behaviors and market trends in Japan and other key markets, and identify implications for Apple Pay eCommerce strategy.
・Create merchant-facing mockups that bring Apple Pay’s potential to life for merchants and partners.
・Research prospective eCommerce merchants and Payment Service Providers in Japan — their business models, payment flows, and customer pain points.
・Join merchant and partner visits with the team, contributing to presentations and proposals.

最低限のスキルと能力

・Enrolled in BA or BS / MBA during time of internship, start date is negotiable
・Can work 4-5 days on weekdays (9:00-17:30) for most of the internship period
・Able to commute to Apple Japan Office
・Business Level Proficiency in Japanese and English
・Domestic travel as needed
