What the Role Entails

Roles & Responsibilities
・ Assist in sourcing, identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms;
・ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit;
・ Ensure a best-in-class experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence and quality of resumes provided
・ Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
・ Working closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes;

Who We Look For

Key Attributes and Background
・ Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc.,
・ Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
・ Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
・ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
・ Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
・ Ability to communicate trilingually (English / Mandarin / Japanese) to work with both Japan and international APAC stakeholders
