About the Team
This position is one part of the Shop Japan & Global Talent Acquisition team where you will be working on sourcing for candidates for open positions. You will take full ownership of the candidate journey and will work closely with the TA to understand needs, requirements and expectations.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibility:
1. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing arrangement and engaging top talents.
2. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate or master students who major in HR, business, psychology or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Japanese language and English.
3. Outstanding academic achievements – Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
