What you will do
- Be part of design and development for Ericsson future radio systems (from innovation and research prototypes to product development and field support)
- Be part of global R&D network in chosen area of interest with access to Ericsson’s leading technology
- Conduct product relevant simulation, schematic or drawing design, testing, and performance analysis to drive continuous product improvement
- Work hands -on in the lab with top-of-the-line instrumentation
- Collaborate closely with system architects, software teams, vendors and operators to meet performance, reliability and manufacturability targets
- Plan and prioritize work, deliver results to timelines and customer expectations, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
Who we’re looking for
- You have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or similar technical education
- Solid foundation in hardware knowledge, with strong interest in one of areas of RF, electronics, mechanics, power, or system integration
- You are curious to learn and grow in area of radio product development
- Self-driven and solution oriented with ability to learn and innovate
- You have good communication skills; Able to work in English
- Team player with focus on team success
