Responsibilities

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

1. Enable a positive organisational climate and culture；
2. Maximise effectiveness of business operation team ;
3. Ensure that the important business and organisational initiatives run on-track and capture impact successfully together with the business operation team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master;
2. Execute tasks with only general supervision and problem-solving ability; Oversee strategic business initiatives together with Business Operation Partner, from development through successful execution;
3. Detail-oriented will be greatly valued; Help organise meetings, offsites and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination along with Business operation partner;
4. Familiar with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Graphic design skill is a plus;
5. Strong communication skills will be a great skillset to have; Develop and build relationships with the organisation and help keep a pulse on the climate and mood of the organisation. Communicate and coordinate with external vendors for those events;
6. Able to translate as English is required for internal communication.
