業務内容
- 旅行、グルメ、レシピなどのSNSトレンドに精通し、20〜40代女性に響くコンテンツを理解した上で、正社員と協力してキャンペーンの企画・実施を行う。
- クリエイターグループ向けのLINE配信設定やアプリ内通知の設定など、配信関連の業務を担当する。
- Lemon8公式アカウントの運用および投稿作成を行い、自らも関連カテゴリで積極的に投稿を行う。
- 必要に応じて、データの出力や分析などのサポート業務を行う。
- Collaborate with full-time team members to plan and execute campaigns, leveraging strong awareness of social media trends in areas such as travel, food, and recipes, with a deep understanding of content that resonates with women in their 20s to 40s.
- Manage distribution tasks such as setting up LINE messages for creator groups and configuring in-app notifications.
- Operate the official Lemon8 account, including creating and posting content. You will also be expected to actively post in related categories yourself.
- Support data-related tasks, including output and analysis as needed.
必須資格
求められるスキル
- 日本のコンテンツ業界のトレンドに敏感で、主要なプラットフォームやプロダクトに精通していること。
- 柔軟な発想と創造力を持ち、学習意欲が高く改善に積極的であること。コミュニケーション能力が高く、柔軟に対応でき、主体性を持って行動できる方。
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（社内コミュニケーションのため）。またグローバルチームとの連携のため、中国語ができる方歓迎。
- インターネット業界での就業経験またはインターンシップ経験
- コンテンツ制作のスキルがあり、個人またはブランドのSNSアカウントを運営し、成果を出した実績
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong sensitivity to trends in the Japanese content industry and familiarity with mainstream platforms and products.
- Open-minded, creative, and quick to learn and improve, with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a sense of ownership.
- Full professional fluency in Japanese is required for internal communication, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred for communication with global teams including China market.
- Previous experience working or interning in the internet industry.
- Content creation skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing a personal or brand account on any social media platform.
