職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Sales Operations: Responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process, assisting in handling problems encountered in system processes, maintaining business processes documents;
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain the accuracy of business system data, upkeep dashboards; responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to sales, providing insights and reports to decision-makers to support the formulation of sales strategies and goals;
- Market research: Research the market competitive environment, and analyze market strategies to provide operational guidance
- Project Management: Assist in tracking important projects and support project management related to commercialization strategy and process optimization. Plan, execute, and monitor projects associated with business strategies and process enhancements
必須資格
Minimum Qualifications：
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree
- You have good knowledge and basic experience with Microsoft Office tools or AI tools(i.e. Excel) is a must
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- You are eager to learn new tools, e.g. Salesforce and similar CRM tools, data visualization platforms
- At least four days a week offline internship, for a duration of four months or more;
- You possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across various teams.
