職務内容
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team to outreach and onboard potential creators.
- Identify the key factors for improving performance and offer guidance to creators.
- Design and establish a community for potential creators, including a support system.
- Monitor and communicate with potential creators daily to ensure positive engagement. Encourage creators to actively participate in the creator's mission and platform campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to apply more resources and uplift affiliate performance.
職務内容
- チームをサポートし、ポテンシャルのあるクリエイターへのアプローチおよびオンボーディングを支援する。
- パフォーマンス向上のための重要な要素を特定し、クリエイターに対してオンボーディングガイダンスを行う。
- クリエイター向けのコミュニティを設計・構築し、サポートシステムの確立をサポートする。
- クリエイターとの日々のコミュニケーションを通じて、積極的なエンゲージメントを確保する。クリエイターがミッションやプラットフォームのキャンペーンに積極的に参加できるよう促す。
- 部門横断的なチームと連携し、リソースを活用してアフィリエイトのパフォーマンス向上を支援する。
必須資格
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student.
- Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player.
必須条件
- 学部生または大学院生であること。
- Eコマースおよび/またはコンテンツ制作に精通していること。TikTok、WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebookなどの各種ソーシャルアプリやツールを使用できること。
- 優れた文章力・コミュニケーションスキルを持っていること。
- 速いペースで大量の業務を処理する環境に適応できること。学習意欲があり、チームワークを大切にすること。
