職務内容
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and execution of Agencies/ TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) recruitment and development
- Formulate management and supporting policies for Agencies/TSPs
- Coordinate internal and external teams to select, identify and secure resources for the growth of potential TSPs
- Provide ongoing support and training to Agencies/TSPs to improve performance, and evaluate TSPs
職務内容
- 代理店（Agencies）およびTikTok Shopパートナー（TSP）の採用・育成の計画および実行を担当する。
- 代理店/TSP向けの管理方針およびポリシーを策定する。
- 内部および外部のチームと連携し、潜在的なTSPの成長のためのリソースを選定・特定・確保する。
- 代理店/TSPに対し、継続的なサポートおよびトレーニングを提供し、パフォーマンス向上を支援する。また、TSPの評価を行う。
必須資格
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student.
- Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player.
必須条件
- Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Fluency in Japanese and English or Chinese language is preferred due to cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration with several global markets.
