職務内容
Responsibilities:
1. Possess a good sense of content and constantly enhance the quality of vertical content based on a sufficient understanding of the content quality requirements in parenting, home furnishing and interest verticals.
2. Have outstanding planning and execution capabilities, independently accomplish the planning and implementation of vertical activities, including but not limited to promoting UGC submissions, stimulating comments, and improving content quality.
3. Be familiar with the Japanese creators industry and be capable of independently completing the tasks of attracting new creators, daily maintenance and nurturing.
4. Complete other daily tasks as required.

5. 優れたコンテンツセンスをもち、子育て、暮らし、Hobbiesカテゴリのコンテンツを理解した上で、クオリティ向上施策を実施
6. 企画と執行力を持ち、UGCの投稿促進、コメント促進、コンテンツクオリティ向上などを目的にしたキャンペーンやイベントの企画から執行まで単独で回せる
7. 日本のクリエイター業界を熟知し、クリエイターのスカウト、日常メンテナンス、育成をする
8. その他の日常業務
必須資格
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Be sensitive to the Japanese content industry and familiar with mainstream Internet products.
2. Have excellent learning ability, creativity, excellent communication skills, flexible thinking and handling, and have the spirit of ownership.
3. Japanese business level or above.
