職務内容
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for executing bilateral cooperation operational tasks for advertisers and the content service ecosystem. Implement specific operational plans based on the needs of advertisers, service providers, influencers, and users to support the growth of platform supply and demand, activity levels, and order volume.
2. Assist the creative team in producing materials and content, ensuring quality. Participate in consolidating advertising material production experiences and methods. Assist in training programs for agencies and influencers to enhance material and content effectiveness.
3. Assist various business departments in the introduction and retention of advertisers and service providers. Execute daily operational tasks to support improvements in platform retention, conversion, and payment metrics. Assist in managing the lifecycle of supply and demand, monitor conversion rates at various stages, and provide basic improvement suggestions.
4. Coordinate internal company resources to support the development of new cooperation models. Complete basic product documentation, assist in functionality development, and follow up on data analysis tasks. Understand basic market information and competitor dynamics to assist in optimizing related product features.
5. Assist in managing and organizing data related to supply and demand. Conduct basic data analysis to provide support and help guide project decisions.
必須資格
Minimum Qualification:
1. Strong proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to use Japanese as a working language.
2. Internship duration of at least 3-6 months.
3. Basic communication and coordination skills, execution ability, fundamental project management skills, and data handling capabilities. Able to complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
4. Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and adaptability. Capable of basic communication with different teams and organizations to support the achievement of cooperative goals.
