Responsibilities

・Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters

・Culture & Engagement: Provide more opportunities for employees to communicate, develop an annual event calendar, and organize company activities via online and offline publicity for the company’s major events by designing and organizing necessary training

・Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to look into pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities

・Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

・Address queries on all HR related matters for example, onboarding/offboarding, mobility, claims and/or benefits related questions

・Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness of the Japan office

・Vendor management: Selection and introduction of suppliers, processing bills and invoices in the financial system

・Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time

Requirements

・Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above. Prior HR related work experience or internships will be a strong plus

・Possess strong communication skills, self driven individual and is proactive

・Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions

・Decent understand of the local laws and regulations

・Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
