Responsibilities / 職務内容
社員のサポートの元、下記の業務を実施。
1. Larkのユーザー利用率向上の支援
- ユーザー用のLark使用方法の資料作成
2. 日本ユーザーのUX改善支援
- 誤訳やシステムのバグなどを開発チームと共有し、ユーザーの問題解決の支援
3. ユーザートレーニング
- Larkの使用方法をユーザーに説明する
4. 簡易なアプリケーションを構築する
- ユーザーの作業効率の向上の為の説明書作成
With the support of our full-time employees, you will actually perform the following tasks:
1. Support to increase clients' usage rate of Lark
- Create materials that are easy to understand for clients explaining to them how to use Lark
2. Support to improve UX for Japanese clients
- Share any incorrect translations, system bugs, etc., with the development team and help resolve clients' issues
3. User training
- Explain to clients how to use Lark
4. Build up simple applications
- Build simple applications and write manuals for users to improve their work efficiency
Qualifications / 必須資格
1. クラウドのツールに深い関心がある
2. 日本語での十分な意思疎通可能
1. Interested in Cloud tools
2. Full professional proficiency or above in Japanese
