Tencent Games/Level Infiniteのゲームタイトル運営・ローンチにおけるパブリシティ活動の支援業務全般。（ゲームタイトルのプラットフォームはモバイル、コンソール、PCを含む）開発部からの情報収集、関係各所間での交通整理に始まり、役職や部署を超えてマーケティングやコミュニティ、法務など各チームと横断的に連携をとりながら、戦略に基づいた戦術の実行へと進める。業界での最新トレンドに対する感度やビジネス産業に関する知識や知見、市場を形成するオピニオンリーダーや重要人物の理解と分析が不可欠となる。

仕事内容

・コンテンツ及びプラットフォームに適したPRプランの考案サポート。メディア露出獲得のほか、SNSでの話題性を高め、最終的にビジネス目標や成果につながるよう貢献する。
・メディアやインフルエンサーとのリレーション構築支援。相手のニーズや消費者の需要、客観的な視点、タイミングなどを踏まえた上で、情報発信や記事企画の提案を行う。
・事業部と密に連携し、戦略的なプランニングを通じてPRにまつわる様々なサポートを提供する。
・公式ウェブサイトなどのO&Oチャンネルの運営支援。コンテンツ作成からトラフィック促進まで総合的にプロデュースすることで各チャンネルの成長へと繋げる。
・クライシス発生時の対応支援。事態のインパクトや考えられるシナリオを想定した上で各ステークホルダーと対応策を天秤にかけ、対応方針を決断し迅速に対処する。

Requirements 求める経験・スキル・実績

・大学卒・大学院卒。職務に関連する専攻（ジャーナリズム、コミュニケーション、国際関係学、政治学など）優遇。
・PR、記事執筆、及び・またはマーケティング経験。ゲームやエンターテインメント、またはテック業界の経験があると直良い。
・日本語での会話・文章執筆・編集能力必須。
・国内のメディアランドスケープに対する理解、ウェブサイト（WordPress）やSNSの運営実績。
・週に少なくとも28時間働くことができる

■Position Overview
Tencent Cloud Japan is now looking for a highly driven Business Development Intern who is currently pursuing his/her undergraduate / graduate studies here in Tokyo, Japan. The suitable individual should be able to commit for a minimum 3-full day a week for minimum 6 months' period.

・Conduct market research and customer insights in targeted industries
・Explore and reach out new customers through different channels
・Gather customer IT system and cloud usage information, assist sales team to explore opportunities.
・Maintain and manage customer database and sales pipeline
・Plan, align and work with Marketing team to support any outbound campaign
・Craft sales pitches and assist sales team in qualifying prospects through good understanding of Tencent Cloud products and solutions

ゲームのローカライズを担当。ゲームの世界観、ストーリー、主な遊び方を熟知し、ゲームの調整に力を貸す。
1 テキストの翻訳やアフレコスタジオなどのローカライズコンテンツの制作を推進するため、関係部門と連携；
2 LQAやR&Dチームと協力し、ゲーム内のローカライズコンテンツの校正、マージ、最終検収を行う；
3 ゲームコミュニティコンテンツの作成とプレイヤー運営に参加する；

负责游戏发行本地化工作，熟悉并深入了解参与游戏的世界观，故事内容，核心玩法的工作
1 跟合作部门沟通，推进游戏内容的文字翻译、配音监棚等本地化内容制作；
2 协同LQA和研发团队对本地化内容进行校对、合入以及在游戏内的最终验收；
3 参与游戏社区的内容制作和玩家运营；

Responsible for the localization of game publishing, familiarize with and deeply understand the worldview, story content, and core gameplay of the participating games。
1.Communicate with partner departments to promote the production of localized content, such as text translation and studio dubbing;
2.Collaborate with LQA and R&D team to proofread, merge and finalize the localized content in the game;
3.Participate in game community content production and player operation;

Requirements

1 ゲームが好きで、RPG、オープンワールドゲームの経験を持つ方。
2 日本語能力試験N1に合格した方、流暢に日本語の会話ができる方。

作为财务部门的助手，协助日本财务负责人完成以下工作。
1、 每月收集整理月报销单据以及支付单据，确认及统计内容，和会计事务所并进行月结材料/信息的传递并进行相应的沟通。
2、 制作Invoice、关联交易记录、公共费用均摊、各部门KPI数据等财务资料。
3、 协助整理月度财务数据，支持财务负责人提交集团合并报表的财务数据。
4、 根据实习生的意愿和专业能力，可以部分参与财务分析、财务管理、资金管理、税务申报、法规调研等工作。
5、其他数据整理、外汇申报等偶发业务。

財務部のアシスタントとして、日本の財務責任者をサポートして以下の業務を行います。
1、毎月の経費請求書と支払い書類を収集、整理、内容確認、集計し、会計事務所に月次の資料や情報を提供し、関連やり取り。
2、請求書の作成、関連取引の記録、共通費用の配分、各部門のKPIデータなど、財務関連の資料を作成。
3、月次の財務データを整理し、財務責任者を支援してグループ連結財務諸表のデータを提出するようサポート。
4、インターンの希望や専門能力に応じて、財務分析、財務管理、資金管理、税務申告、法規調査などの業務に部分的に参加することができる。
5、その他のデータ整理、外国為替申告など、偶発的な業務に対応。

Requirements

1、 能够熟练使用excel，具有汉语和日语中等或以上的读写能力。
2、 在日留学生或日籍学生，财务相关专业或者具有财务知识者优先。
3、月出勤8-12天，每次出勤1天或0.5天。

・IPを理解した上での資料整理、制作
・スケジュールの管理、複数のタスクのマネジメント
・企画内容の確認、社内・外のメール対応
・版元様との交渉や監修窓口業務
・課題発見と対応方法を提案し、他の部署と連携して課題解決を推進する能力
・ゲームの最新情報を利用し、競合タイトルの分析とマネタイズに対する提案

工作内容

・确认企划相关内容，以及相关社内・社外的邮件对应
・与版权等交涉，担任监修窗口

Working closely with Sr. engineers and scientists to research and develop real time physics simulation, such as fluid simulation, cloth simulation, deformable body and rigid body, animation, etc.
Reading and understanding the latest technical research papers, working with scientists to reproduce tech papaer and improve the performance and quality.

Qualifications

Strong mathematics skills, such as calculus, linear algebra, differential geometry, and basic numerical analysis.
Familiar with c++ programming.

Primary Responsibilities

・ Collaborate with HR, Admin and Training team to provide the best DAY 1 experience for new Tencent employees, as well as daily experience.
・ Collaborate with global IT team to standardize employee Hardware/Software, streamline procurement/shipping process, and establish Overseas IT Asset management.
・ Oversee the maintenance, repair or replacement of computer units or other technological components.
