|募集内容||You will be able to join 1 or more of the following teams.
Product Management, Marketing:
A team responsible for vessel (container ships) capacity management and marketing (branding, campaigning etc).
The intern will be involved in performance management/monitoring activities such as creating and analyzing performance related data.
The intern will also be involved in various marketing related projects (branding and campaigning), business plan preparations, reports preparations, data analysis, market intelligence/analysis, marketing materials translations etc.
Sales Operations (Sales back-office execution):
The team consists of 10 professionals and is responsible for sales process and Sales support (quoting, contracting & customer handling etc.) of sales teams in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
Supporting the sales function by optimizing sales operations, implementing continuous improvements for higher sales performance. The intern will have opportunity to establish deep understanding of sales process- particularly sales engagement and quoting, learn and execute sales back-office function independently, acquire and enhance skills such as communication, problem solving and various systems applications.
Delivery team, Tech Sales Support & Vendor Management:
The aim of the team is to support internal departments by providing a suggestion/recommendation from operational view and to establish new schemes in order to enhance our services and products. The intern will initially learn essential parts of operations by Gemba visit. S/he will be involved in a broad range of projects both with internal and external stakeholders. The intern will have wide range of work opportunities such as vendor management, cost analysis, market trend research, stakeholder management etc. The candidate might be given responsibilities to take ownership on tasks such as procurement for trucking, barge, depot and custom house brokerage agreements.
A team responsible for General Affairs across Japan and Korea offices reporting directly to the Managing Director. The intern will have the opportunity to manage ambiguity and build up solution ideas from scratch, instead of spending time only for data inputs and consolidations. The experience in this team is attractive for those aspire to become one of a leading business person in the near future. The intern is expected to work with ‘project management’ mindset in a structured manner. A successful candidate is a team worker and possesses high interpersonal capabilities.

・MS Office Excel, Power point (preferred)
Would like the intern to come at least 2 days/week.
Standard work hour is 9:00-17:00 (7 hours work and 1 hour lunch break)
