こんにちは、学生団体Share-Projectです。
弊団体の大型勉強会の1つであるGlobal Financeコースのエントリーの最終受け付けをしております。

現段階では海外大生からの応募も多く、このコースに参加する事で海外での金融業界におけるネットワーク構築を可能にいたします。

本コースでは、各回ごとにテーマを設けるオムニバス形式の勉強会にて、包括的な金融に関する５つのテーマを扱い、英語にてディスカッションをしていただきます。

Student Association “Share-Project” would like to introduce you the Global Finance Course 2015.

This is a final notice for the application of Global Finance Course 2015.

So far we have received application from not only students in Japan but also from students in U.S., UK and so on.

In this course, we organize studying session and networking sessions by handling 5 comprehensive financial themes which are covered in English, with students who have various backgrounds from inside/outside of Japan.

【　Share2015 Global Financeコースとは　】
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
Global Financeコースとは、実際にセルサイド、バイサイド、コンサルティングファームや事業会社に就かれている実務家の方々から、マクロ経済、M&A業務、プロジェクト・ファイナンス業務、資産運用業務について、英語で学んでいただける、約２週間の中長期プログラムです。

本コースでは「包括的な金融の知識を身につけ、金融業界でのキャリア形成を考える」というテーマの元、計5回の勉強会やグループワーク、そして企業の方々からのフィードバックを通して、様々な金融業務に関する知識やノウハウを習得していただけます。

また、グループワークでの議論だけでなく懇親会での交流などを通じて、優秀な日本人学生や海外大生、第一線で活躍されている実務家の方とのネットワークを構築していただけます。

▼開催日程及び勉強会内容

・第1回勉強会 8月7日(金)
『マクロ経済』
ゴールドマン・サックス日本株ストラテジストの方を招き、日経平均株価を元に今後の日本経済予測をしていただきます。

・第2回勉強会 8月17日(月)
『プロジェクト・ファイナンス I』
住友商事株式会社様を招き、事業会社側から見たプロジェクト・ファイナンスの実務を理解していただきます。

・第3回勉強会 8月18日(火)
『プロジェクト・ファイナンス II』
日本のプロジェクト・ファイナンス市場において、常にリーグテーブルのトップにいるBNPパリバ銀行様を招き、銀行側からみたプロジェクト・ファイナンスの実務を学びます。

・第4回勉強会 8月21日(金)
『グローバルアセットマネジメント』
上記の４回の勉強会の中からの成果に応じ30名を選抜し、比較的新しい分野である上場投資信託にまつわるグループワークをしていただきます。

・第5回勉強会 8月22日(土)
『クロスボーダーM&A』
M&A業務において、買収するときに欠かせないデューデリジェンスについて理解していただきます。

＊各回の勉強会では、講義の後に講義内容に即したグループワークとプレゼンテーション、企業の方からのフィードバック、企業の方との交流等のコンテンツをご用意しております。
＊5日間ある勉強会日程のうち、全ての日程に参加できる人を優先させていただきます。

【　What is Share2015 Global Finance Course?　】
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
Global Finance Course is a 2 weeks course consisted with 5 days. Each day have different topics covered which are Macroeconomics, M&A, Project Finance and Asset Management.
The aim of the program is to give a “valuable experience on what it is to work in an international finance industry” from lectures and feedbacks from professionals of sell side, buy side, consulting firm and trading firm.
By the end of this course, not only you will be able to have a comprehensive knowledge on finance, but also connections with professionals from global institutions, and intellectual and multinational students and from inside and outside of Japan.

Share2015 Global Finance Course Overiview

▼Dates and Contents of the Programs

・Day 1: Friday August 7th 2015
“Macroeconomics”
You will be forecasting the future Japanese economy from the Nikkei range.

・Day 2: Monday August 17th 2015
“Project Finance I”
You will be having a lecture on project finance from the view of trading firm.

・Day 3: Tuesday August 18th 2015
“Project Finance II”
From the view of banking sideon the project finance, you will be able to understand the business affairs of project finance comprehensively.

・Day 4: Friday August 21st 2015
“Global Asset Management”
From the above studying session, 30 people will be selected for this program. You will be able to know more about the ETF (exchanged traded funds) through lectures and groupworks

・Day 5: Saturday August 22nd 2015
“Cross Border M&A”
Through the lecture on due diligence, you will be able to understand one side of practical business affairs on M&A.

＊In the each program, there will be groupworks and presentations after lectures given from the sponsored companies. There will also be feedbacks and networking session of the companies as well.
＊We welcome students who can participate in all of the dates in the course.
